• Kaimen wishes customers the best shopping experience to improve their quality of life. Because opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.

• Our products contain natural ingredients and extracts that have positive effects and damage caused by negligence, improper use or misuse will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover consequences arising from specific sensitivities to a product/ingredient and you should carry out patch tests as warned in every product.

REFUND POLICY

• Kaimen is not responsible for any damages after product delivery.
• Unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory in case of claims of missing/leaking/broken or damaged/wrong products, must be made.
• In case of requesting a refund, please contact our customer service at +999999999 or write to us at kaimenbusiness@gmail.com with the necessary pictures and videos related to your request with the subject line “Refund for”.
• In case the package is tampered/damaged/defective, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
• Please contact the customer care team at +999999999 if the order was marked as delivered and the customer did not receive it, within 3 days from the date the product was marked as delivered. No refunds will be made after this time.
• Refunds do not include delivery fees as they are not refundable by delivery partners.
• If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the date Kaimen accepts the refund.
